The shop rented an FF 4000 flange facing machine from Climax to do some work outside the shop. Its the first time I ever ran the machine. Had 12- 5" 600lb flanges that needed refacing. I got 7 done saturday. These are already welded onto some pipe assemblies. They are welded in C shaped sections with the flanges turned up and in at each end.
